Frequently Asked Questions

I work with adults in individual therapy who are looking for a space to understand themselves and their relationships more deeply. I often work with people navigating people pleasing, grief and loss, religious trauma, life transitions, and concerns around relationships, sex, and intimacy.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and inclusive of people across races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, abilities, immigration statuses, religious backgrounds, and spiritual beliefs.

I offer in-person sessions at my office in West Hollywood (8702 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069) and online sessions to clients throughout California. We can talk about which format feels best for you.
-
I generally meet with clients at least once a week. Consistent sessions give us the time and continuity needed to deepen the work and develop our therapeutic relationship. Depending on what brings you to therapy and what feels appropriate for our work, I may also recommend meeting more than once a week. We can talk together about the frequency that makes the most sense for you.

My fee is $175 for a 50-minute session. I also reserve a limited number of sliding scale spaces based on need and availability.

I am an out of network provider and do not bill insurance directly. If your plan includes out of network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. You would pay the full session fee at the time of service, and I can provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance company.
Because coverage varies by plan, I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to ask about your out of network mental health benefits, deductible, and reimbursement rate.
-
I have a 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full session fee.

I offer a complimentary 20 to 25 minute consultation so we can get an initial sense of what it might be like to work together. I will invite you to share a little about what is bringing you to therapy and what you are looking for, and I can tell you more about how I work and answer any questions you have.
There is no right or wrong way to approach the conversation, and you do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. The consultation is simply a chance for us to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
